Blueberries placed in the muffin mix, then pour a little of the mixture into the muffin cup, then a spoonful of cream cheese mixture and cover with dough.

Sounds good, anyway

I added Blueberry Muffin Mix
(or buy the combination of blueberry) in September after bowl
Add 1 egg, 4 tablespoons sugar, 1 tea. Vanilla
and 1 tablespoon of cream or whole milk with 4 oz
Cream cheese. Use a mixer to ensure
mixed well. Fill the molds 3 / 4 and add a tablespoon of mixture of cream cheese. Take a toothpick and eddy around the top and work cheese into the muffin pan. Baking, until the field says that adding to combine one or two minutes the cheese, make sure the egg cooks. YUM!
