"Stabilized" processed ... not necessarily MSG, but may have been treated with harmful solvents or something (solvents are not required) on the list.

MSG listed as "monosodium glutamate" or "MSG" as "Disodium glutamate" or "DSG" ... Sometimes it's on the label as "very vague spice" or "flavors" (instead of hidden special "garlic", "pepper", "salt", etc..)

Food additives, MSG or

MSG
Hydrolyzed vegetable protein
Hydrolyzed Protein
Hydrolyzed vegetable protein
Extraction of plant proteins
Sodium
Calcium caseinate
Yeast extract
Textured proteins (including PST)
Yeast
Hydrolyzed oat flour
Corn oil

MSG is horrible, it is a nerve poison. Keep the hell out of him!

What is wrong with MSG? It is a great pleasure and makes you better at math, they see all the Chinese
